Hey BoA Student Leaders/Interns,
My name is Matthew Argame and I'm from the Orange County Market! So far, three weeks have gone by, and the amount of material I learned from my work expericence is incredible! I started off working with the general manager where I learned how to budget the millions of dollars that go in and out of the non-profit, which is Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County. I then had the opportunity to work with the Product Resources Department, Programs Department, Agency Relations Department, etc. etc. The hands on experience in a non profit is truly amazing and the mission at SHFBOC, which is to end hunger in OC, makes it a blessing to be able to work for them. When I get back from D.C., I will be able to work side by side with the CFO and CEO and learn about how they keep everything running and improving. How's it going at your job?
